  1. ABOUT US

 

  • Endodontic Events Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") is a non-profit legal entity, identified with the unique tax registration code 48244581. The Association is registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 86/03.05.2023 and in the Register of Entities kept by the National Tax Administration Authority (ANAF) under no. 570449013/27.06.2023.

 

  • The Association provides this website www.endorestosummit.ro (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") for the purchase of tickets for the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event. The use of the services available on the Website implies your prior acceptance of these terms and conditions of use of the Website. Furthermore, using the Website and purchasing tickets is made only with the acknowledgement and acceptance of the Data Processing Policy provided in Section 4 of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute the contractual basis of the relationship between you, as a user of the services available on the Website and the Association.

 

  1. PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR THE ENDO RESTO SUMMIT 2026

2.1. The Website offers two categories of tickets:

  1. a) Tickets for dental professionals, i.e. dentists, students or graduates of a Faculty of Dental Medicine in Romania or abroad
  2. b) Tickets for workshops

 

2.2. In order to purchase tickets for the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event, users must provide the following categories of personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of these terms and conditions:

  • Full name
  • Title (student/ professional in the field/ academic/etc.)
  • E-mail adresss
  • Phone number
  • Name of company
  • Fiscal code of company (CIF/CUI) (if necessary)
  • Address of company (if necessary)

 

 

  • The user does not need to register in advance to purchase the tickets made available on the Website.

 

  • The User is obliged to provide correct and complete data and may only purchase one ticket on his/her behalf, valid only for the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event.

 

  • The Association shall make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the Website is accurate and correct, and shall endeavour to correct any errors it identifies with regard to the content of the Website or the accuracy and timeliness of the information presented.

 

  • The prices displayed on the Website are expressed in RON and represent the fee for participation at the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event and are not subject to value-added tax (VAT). Additional costs are charged for processing payments.

 

  • The Association reserves the right to unilaterally change any information presented on the Website, including date, price, or venue of the event, without prior notice.

 

  • In order to purchase a ticket, Users must access section TICKETS displayed on the website and follow the steps below:

 

STEP 1: Enter the requested personal data, followed by pressing the "Continue" button,

STEP 2: The User will be redirected to the website of the payment service provider NETOPIA where they will enter their card details,

STEP 3: Upon successful completion of the transaction, the User will receive an e-mail to the address provided in the order form. This e-mail is the confirmation of the transaction and contains the purchased tickets in electronic format. If the User has not received the order confirmation and the tickets on his/her e-mail address despite the successful completion of STEP 2, he/she may contact the Association to remedy the situation at the following e-mail address: endorestosummit@gmail.com.

 

 

  1. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

 

  • The Association does not charge any commission for payments made online. To verify any fees related to the payment, the User must consult the conditions of the banking institution with which he/she holds the account from which he/she wishes to make the payment.

 

  • Payment of e-tickets shall be made via the payment service provider NETOPIA, using one of the bank cards specified on the online payment platform (VISA or MASTERCARD).

 

  • As a data controller, the Association has chosen to work with a payment service provider that offers sufficient guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the security of the data provided complies with the requirements of the relevant legislation. However, the Association does not have access to the content of the confidential data exchanged between the User and the payment service provider, so the Association is not responsible for the provision and quality of the service.

 

  • Users have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal in respect of tickets purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase. If they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, Users must communicate their withdrawal decision to the following e-mail address: endorestosummit@gmail.com, indicating a bank account to which the ticket price should be transferred. Following the transmission of this decision, the Association will cancel the ticket issued and refund the price of the ticket purchased via the Website within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal decision.

 

  • Users who purchase tickets as legal entities do not have the right of withdrawal as set out in point 3.4.

 

  • Users who purchase tickets less than 20 days prior to the start date of the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event expressly consent to the provision of services starting from the time of the purchase, namely within the withdrawal period (ordering of menus, preparation of personalized materials for the participant, etc.). As the Association uses the price of the ticket for the provision of the services ordered, exercising the right of withdrawal less than 20 days prior to the Event does not entitle the User to a refund of the value of the purchased ticket. This provision is also displayed to purchasers before they proceed to purchase tickets.

 

  • If Endo Resto Summit 2026 Event is cancelled, the Association will take all necessary steps to refund the price of tickets purchased to all purchasers.

 

 

  1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

  • Categories of data and processing operations

In order to fulfil the purposes indicated in Article 4.2, the Association will process the following categories of personal data:

- Name and surname of the user

- E-mail address

- Telephone number

- Name of company

- Fiscal code of company (CIF/CUI) (if necessary)

- Address of company (if necessary)

 

The Association does not collect and process special categories of data, namely data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious denomination or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning the sexual life or sexual orientation of Users.

The Association carries out the following categories of processing operations on the aforementioned data: collection, recording, storage, use and deletion of data, under the conditions mentioned in this section.

  • Purposes and legal grounds for processing

The collection and storage of the data indicated in Art. 4.1. via the website is carried out for the following purposes:

  1. The purpose of providing the tickets you wish to purchase. This processing is done pursuant to Art. 6 para. (1) lit. b) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract, i.e. for the provision of the services requested by you as the data subject.
  2. The purpose of providing information on other events in the field of dental medicine organized by the Association. This processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 12 (2) of Act No 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector. The user has the right to object at any time to the provision of these information materials.

 

 

  • Data storage period

The Association will delete the User's personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes set out in Art. 4.1., in accordance with the principle established by Art. 5(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

As a contractual relationship arises between the Association and the User, the data collected is stored until the expiry of the limitation period of 3 years from the date of purchase of the tickets, as claims against the Association may be brought within this period.

The names and e-mail addresses of users who have not expressed their objection to receiving information material on similar events organized by the Association will be stored until they withdraw their consent to such processing.

  • Authorized persons. Transfer of data to third parties

The Association does not disclose or transmit to any third-party entity the data collected through the Website.

In order to be able to provide the online ticketing service, the Association collaborates with the company Netopia, which provides electronic payment services. In this regard, the Association has ensured that the provider has the necessary infrastructure to ensure the security of payments.

 

4.5 User Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the User has the possibility to exercise the following categories of rights:

- right of access to data

Under this right, you can make requests asking information about the categories of data that the Association processes. Following such a request, you will be able to obtain a copy of the categories of data that the Association processes.

- right of rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing

To the extent that the User informs the Association that the data collected is no longer accurate, the Association will proceed to rectify or delete inaccurate data. Where data is stored for the purpose of exercising or defending a right in court, deletion requests made by the User may be censored.

- right to data portability

The User has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her that you have provided to the Association in a structured, commonly used and readable format, with the right to transmit this data to another controller.

- the right to object to processing for marketing purposes

- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Insofar as you consider that the Association has not processed your personal data in accordance with the legal provisions, you may address a complaint to the Association to this effect using the e-mail address endorestosummit@gmail.com.

If you are not satisfied with the response received, you have the right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing ("ANSPDCP") by accessing the website www.dataprotection.ro.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. The content and design of the Website belong to the Association or its partners unless they are recognized as belonging to other persons. All information, articles, logos and other graphic design elements incorporated in the Website are protected by intellectual property law and may not be used, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, published, marketed or reproduced by third parties.

5.2. The trademarks, logos and/or other graphic elements on the Website are registered trademarks of the Association or its partners, collaborators, or sponsors. Users of the Website have no right to use, copy, distribute or undertake any other such activities on them.

 

The terms and conditions were last updated on 16.06.2025. The Association reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
