TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions constitute the contractual basis of the relationship between you, as a user of the services available on the Website and the Association.
2.1. The Website offers two categories of tickets:
2.2. In order to purchase tickets for the Endo Resto Summit 2026 event, users must provide the following categories of personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of these terms and conditions:
STEP 1: Enter the requested personal data, followed by pressing the "Continue" button,
STEP 2: The User will be redirected to the website of the payment service provider NETOPIA where they will enter their card details,
STEP 3: Upon successful completion of the transaction, the User will receive an e-mail to the address provided in the order form. This e-mail is the confirmation of the transaction and contains the purchased tickets in electronic format. If the User has not received the order confirmation and the tickets on his/her e-mail address despite the successful completion of STEP 2, he/she may contact the Association to remedy the situation at the following e-mail address: endorestosummit@gmail.com.
In order to fulfil the purposes indicated in Article 4.2, the Association will process the following categories of personal data:
- Name and surname of the user
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Name of company
- Fiscal code of company (CIF/CUI) (if necessary)
- Address of company (if necessary)
The Association does not collect and process special categories of data, namely data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious denomination or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the unique identification of a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning the sexual life or sexual orientation of Users.
The Association carries out the following categories of processing operations on the aforementioned data: collection, recording, storage, use and deletion of data, under the conditions mentioned in this section.
The collection and storage of the data indicated in Art. 4.1. via the website is carried out for the following purposes:
The Association will delete the User's personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes set out in Art. 4.1., in accordance with the principle established by Art. 5(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
As a contractual relationship arises between the Association and the User, the data collected is stored until the expiry of the limitation period of 3 years from the date of purchase of the tickets, as claims against the Association may be brought within this period.
The names and e-mail addresses of users who have not expressed their objection to receiving information material on similar events organized by the Association will be stored until they withdraw their consent to such processing.
The Association does not disclose or transmit to any third-party entity the data collected through the Website.
In order to be able to provide the online ticketing service, the Association collaborates with the company Netopia, which provides electronic payment services. In this regard, the Association has ensured that the provider has the necessary infrastructure to ensure the security of payments.
4.5 User Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the User has the possibility to exercise the following categories of rights:
- right of access to data
Under this right, you can make requests asking information about the categories of data that the Association processes. Following such a request, you will be able to obtain a copy of the categories of data that the Association processes.
- right of rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing
To the extent that the User informs the Association that the data collected is no longer accurate, the Association will proceed to rectify or delete inaccurate data. Where data is stored for the purpose of exercising or defending a right in court, deletion requests made by the User may be censored.
- right to data portability
The User has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her that you have provided to the Association in a structured, commonly used and readable format, with the right to transmit this data to another controller.
- the right to object to processing for marketing purposes
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Insofar as you consider that the Association has not processed your personal data in accordance with the legal provisions, you may address a complaint to the Association to this effect using the e-mail address endorestosummit@gmail.com.
If you are not satisfied with the response received, you have the right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing ("ANSPDCP") by accessing the website www.dataprotection.ro.

5.1. The content and design of the Website belong to the Association or its partners unless they are recognized as belonging to other persons. All information, articles, logos and other graphic design elements incorporated in the Website are protected by intellectual property law and may not be used, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, published, marketed or reproduced by third parties.
5.2. The trademarks, logos and/or other graphic elements on the Website are registered trademarks of the Association or its partners, collaborators, or sponsors. Users of the Website have no right to use, copy, distribute or undertake any other such activities on them.
The terms and conditions were last updated on 16.06.2025. The Association reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
